TV Advertising
While Television advertising is a great tool it is definitely not for everyone. Many times stations an cable networks like to push "Starter" packages on you. Most of the time the production is more expensive than the actual commercials, and most businesses don't know commercial time is much less expensive than you think. If you can find a company that does quality inexpensive production. or you are good with a video editor, that can make all the difference.
Many times TV does not work for local businesses because you have to play your commercial many many times before it sinks in. Also, with the implementation of DVR's many people will never get to see it in the first place.
If you are going to get a commercial on the air, remember some of these tips:
BUY IN PACKAGES!
Do not let them sell you individual commercials. If you buy in packages or bulk you will get a much better deal.
